We strongly recommend that you dress modestly as we will be visiting some holy sites where this is required.
Beginning 5,000 years ago, with Abraham on Mount Moriah, and through dozens of kings and battles to the present day. The Old City of Jerusalem can be difficult to understand. This carefully designed walk is a good starting point for those who wish not only to see the sights, but to fully experience an in-depth seminar about the Old City.
We begin near Jaffa Gate and make our way into the alleys of the Old City. Short walks will take us through our destinations – some famous and familiar such as the Cardo and finally the Western Wall – but most quite unique and unknown which many say are what make our tour more comprehensive and diverse then any other.
The aim of this seminar is to give you a proper walk through Jerusalem's history while focusing on Jewish life leading up to the past few decades and current times. To do so, we will visit the heart of the Old City and experience many historical and archaeological sites. This tour also touches on other themes such as interesting architectural structures, old and new, and of course some amazing photo opportunities.
